Important research-use limitation
Products are offered only as laboratory reference materials for qualified, controlled, in-vitro research. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics, supplements or medical devices; are not approved to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease; and are not for human or animal use, administration or consumption.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 21, provide accurate information and maintain one secure account.
- You must satisfy the Research-Customer Qualification Policy. We may request additional documentation, limit quantities or decline service.
- You are responsible for your password, account activity and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
Order requests and acceptance
Submitting a request is not acceptance, a shipment promise or confirmation of inventory. An order is accepted only after Doughboy confirms availability, total, payment method and status. We may cancel or refuse a request for compliance, inventory, payment, fraud, shipping or safety reasons.
Prices, payment and records
Displayed totals may include product price, selected shipping and a disclosed processing charge. The confirmed total controls. Only use payment instructions shown inside your signed-in account after an order is marked “Awaiting payment.” Screenshots are not proof of payment. Fulfillment begins only after funds appear as completed and are verified. VEALLOGISTICS&TRANSPORT LLC may appear as the authorized payment, shipping or fulfillment recipient.
Inventory, shipping and delivery
Inventory labels are operational estimates and can change before acceptance. Backordered items generally require about eight days to reach our facility after a supplier order is placed, plus preparation and carrier transit; dates are estimates, not guarantees. The Shipping & Backorder Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
Cancellations, refunds and disputes
The Cancellation & Refund Policy applies. Nothing here waives rights that cannot legally be waived. Contact support before initiating a payment dispute so we can investigate. Fraudulent payment evidence, chargeback abuse or false delivery claims may result in account suspension and preservation of relevant records.
Prohibited conduct
- No human or animal use, resale for such use, medical claims, dosing guidance or removal of research-only labeling.
- No interference with the site, automated scraping, credential sharing, impersonation, payment manipulation or fraudulent orders.
- No attempt to identify or contact confidential suppliers through information associated with the site.
Content and certificates
Illustrations may not depict the exact delivered packaging. A certificate of analysis applies only to the identified batch. Availability of a document does not convert a research material into a product approved for human or animal use. Site content is informational and not medical, legal or scientific advice.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent allowed by law, materials and site functions are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted access, fitness for a particular purpose or a particular research outcome. You are responsible for lawful acquisition, handling, storage, documentation and disposal in your jurisdiction.
Governing law and changes
Texas law governs these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. The version accepted with an order is recorded. Material updates apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
