Research-Customer Policy

Permitted purpose only
Products may be acquired only for legitimate laboratory, analytical or in-vitro research by customers who understand the material, hazards, storage, documentation and disposal requirements. Products are not for human or animal use, administration, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, cosmetic use or clinical application.
Customer requirements
- Be at least 21 and use accurate account and shipping information.
- Have a lawful research purpose and suitable facilities, equipment, training and procedures.
- Follow all federal, state, local and destination laws and institutional requirements.
- Keep the product secure from children, patients, consumers and animals.
- Maintain original labels and batch records and dispose of material appropriately.
Not permitted
- Self-administration, administration to another person or animal, compounding for use, or instructions encouraging those activities.
- Purchase for bodybuilding, weight loss, tanning, wellness, anti-aging, treatment, resale to consumers or any other personal use.
- Misrepresenting credentials, intended use, identity, destination or payment ownership.
- Reselling or relabeling a material as approved, sterile, pharmaceutical-grade or suitable for consumption without lawful authorization and substantiation.
Verification and refusal
Checkbox certification alone does not guarantee approval. We may request a description of the research, organization information, documentation or identity verification; place an order on review; limit quantities; or refuse and cancel service. Suspicious or contradictory information may result in account restriction.
No technical or medical guidance
Customer support does not select a research dose, prescribe use, provide injection instructions or offer medical advice. Calculator output is arithmetic only and does not establish suitability, sterility or a recommended use.
