Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective September 15, 2026

Before payment

An unpaid request may be cancelled through support. Doughboy may cancel a request because of eligibility, inventory, price, payment, shipping, compliance or fraud concerns.

After payment but before fulfillment

Request cancellation immediately through the signed-in support form. Cancellation is not guaranteed after inventory is allocated, a supplier replenishment is placed, a shipping label is purchased or fulfillment begins. If approved, any refund is sent to the original payment source when reasonably available.

After shipment

Because research materials may have handling, integrity and chain-of-custody requirements, shipped orders are generally final. This does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived or remedies for verified fulfillment errors.

Wrong, damaged or missing items

Report a problem within 48 hours of delivery. Preserve the shipping box, product packaging, labels and contents, and provide clear photographs. After review, the available resolution may be replacement, reshipment, store credit or refund as appropriate. Do not return materials without written instructions.

Backorder cancellation

If a backorder has not entered supplier replenishment, cancellation may be approved. Once a supplier order has been placed specifically to fulfill the request, cancellation may be unavailable unless required by law or approved in writing.

Payment disputes and fraud

Contact support first so the order record, carrier evidence and payment can be investigated. Filing a knowingly false non-receipt, unauthorized-payment or product claim may result in account suspension and submission of order, acceptance, tracking and communication records to the payment provider or appropriate authorities.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are initiated promptly, but bank or payment-provider posting times are outside our control. Fees retained by a payment provider may affect the available refund only where permitted by law and disclosed before approval.
