Shipping & Backorder Policy

Order review comes first
A submitted request is reviewed for customer qualification, inventory, price, destination and payment method. Do not send payment until the signed-in account shows “Awaiting payment.” Carrier estimates begin after processing, not when a request is submitted.
In-stock items
“In stock” means the system currently records enough individual vials for the selected quantity. Inventory is not reserved until payment is verified. If inventory changes before verification, we will provide an updated estimate or cancellation option.
Backordered items
Backorders are clearly marked before submission. Replenishment typically takes approximately eight days to reach our facility after the supplier order is actually placed. Preparation and domestic carrier transit are additional. Customs, carrier, weather, supplier and verification delays can extend that estimate.
Shipping methods and tracking
Available services and prices appear during the request. Carrier timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Tracking is added to the customer account after dispatch. Higher-value orders may require signature confirmation.
Address responsibility
Customers must provide a complete deliverable address and review it before submitting. Contact support immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot promise changes after a label is created or a parcel is transferred to the carrier.
Carrier issues
Report visible damage, missing contents or an incorrect item through secure support within 48 hours of delivery, with packaging and label photographs. For a delayed or missing parcel, contact support so a carrier inquiry can be opened. A carrier scan marked delivered may require written carrier investigation before resolution.
No public pickup or return address
There is no walk-in pickup location. Do not mail a return to an address found online or on a payment record. Any authorized return instructions are issued privately through the customer account.
